It was a great pleasure to be invited recently by the Worshipful Company of Apothecaries to respond to the toast to the guests.

In proposing the toast to the guests, Senior Warden David Jeffreys, talked about the Company’s societal impact and the recent opening of the new Academic Centre for Health Studies as well as the Apothecaries engagement with the City.

I reflected on my roles in the City, the role that the Livery plays and where the Company could consider engaging further with the City.

It was a fine evening of fun and fellowship.
