This morning I spent time learning about the Prison Advice and Care Trust at Feltham A - a young offender institution for young people aged 15 to 18.
It was my great pleasure to join the Worshipful Company of Firefighters to speak and to hear of the opportunities they provide for young people.
I brought a group of young people together to hear how better access to networking events, internships, quality work experience and mentors would make a big difference.
