It was a great pleasure to join the Master of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators for lunch and to be invited to speak.

As one of the modern Livery Companies in the City of London, and the company of choice for governance professionals, I know how greatly the Company prizes its associations with the City, with its professional Institute, with its armed services affiliations, with its linked schools and education outreach, as well as the support it offers to people starting their careers. They take pride in fulfilling the motto of delivering ‘service with integrity’.

I’m enjoying meeting as many members of the Livery as I can throughout my shrieval campaign and have visited or have scheduled visits to 45 companies since we launched the campaign last year.
