It was a pleasure to present Zoë Snelgrove, Head of Services at I Choose Freedom, with a donation from our charitable foundation of £10,000 at our Master’s and Clerk’s lunch yesterday. The donation provides a boost for their child mental health support programme which helps children to deal with the trauma of fleeing domestic violence.
The sum was bequeathed to us by the estate of the late David Morris who was a member of the Company.
If elected to the Shrievalty, I will put opportunity for young people, the value of the rule of law and diversity at the heart of engagement.
I bring a strong combination of Livery, City of London, business and charitable experience, as Master of the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers, Deputy Policy Chairman at the City of London Corporation, Hon Secretary of the City Livery Club, a financial services professional and trustee.
