A message from the Chair
It is a great honour for me to chair Keith’s shrieval campaign. With his exceptional blend of livery, business, public sector and charity experience, I believe he will make an outstanding Sheriff.

Vicky Russell
Vicky Russell, Chair
I am a Past Master Arbitrator (2001-2) and Past Master Constructor (2014-15) and was Chair of the Livery Committee from 2018 to 2021. Newly retired from a 42 year career as a specialist construction disputes lawyer, I now focus on voluntary roles, in particular working with the homeless, and in education.
I am a member of Candlewick Ward Club, and the Golden Jubilee Masters and Magna Masters Associations.
Lars Andersen, Election Agent
I am Past Master Entrepreneur (2020-21), Master-Elect World Traders (2024-25) and involved with the Guild of Freemen, Broad Street Ward Club, Treloars, Unmuteables (PMA 2020-21) and other City organisations.
Outside of the Livery I am a serial entrepreneur whose main company holds a Queen’s Award and sells to 150+ countries.
Andrew Cross
I am Past Master Marketor (2019-20) and a Scrivener Liveryman and an ardent supporter of the Livery and the City of London. Actively involved in city activities and charities, my contributions have significantly bolstered community initiatives, showcasing my dedication to the betterment of society and the promotion of London’s rich historical traditions.
John Hammond
I am the Immediate Past Master Scrivener (2023-24, in the Company’s 650th year), a Liveryman of the Goldsmiths’ Company, a Past President of the Farringdon Ward Club, and Clerk to the Arbitrators’ Company. Attracted to the history and philanthropy of the City Civic, I also serve as Honorary Solicitor to a couple of City institutions.
I am a solicitor having worked both in City private practice and in a large multi-national corporation.
