Kevin and I attended the Lord Mayor’s Banquet at Guildhall when Lord Mayor Alastair King welcomed Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer with speeches from the Lord Mayor, the Prime Minister, the Lord Chancellor, and the Bishop of London.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer addressed Guildhall guests at his first Lord Mayor’s Banquet in post. He outlined the importance of our democratic alliances to make the UK strong at home and abroad. Lord Mayor Alastair King outlined his Growth Unleashed mayoral theme, encouraging industry and Government to back British business and restore their appetite for risk.
